YOUR ROLE

• Take responsibility for performance reporting of main IT providers
• Support maintaining our dx Contract Management tool and the responsible contract manager
• Support strategic and tactical Provider Manager developing and maintaining the Henkel dx sourcing and provider strategy in collaboration with the purchasing department
• Track criteria for provider evaluation and classification and execute reporting of strategic KPIs/tracks and steer internal sourcing KPIs
• Drive the development of standardized provider management processes on diverse levels
• Support the tactical provider manager by preparing and driving strategic governance boards in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Take responsibility for provider management contract management standards and processes;

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in business administration
• Excellent understanding of commercial processes
• Deep understanding of contract management
• Deep understanding of service level management
• Understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management
