YOUR ROLE
- This position is designed to help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies across multiple touch points
- To reach out to our target audience and increase brand awareness and preference, usage and ultimately drive loyalty as part of the brand objectives
- Understand trades landscape and consumer for beauty care professional
- Support B2B and B2C; ie. Integrates marketing campaign, salon activation, product launches, agency and supplier management, integration with direct and indirect channel, ensure smooth execution in trade
- Support in working together Sales and Professional Partner Service (PPS) with trade in B2C marketing on BTL
- Lead execution of new product launches
- Lead activation with key brand campaigns and promotions for well-rounded integration – to deliver business growth
- Lead, direct and control marketing activities to meet business objectives, in compliance with brand go-to-market
- Maintain up-to-date brand map, positioning, pricing strategies, and market relevant information
- Analyze data and report on brand performance and growth
- Formulates marketing plan at the executive level
- Review and analyze industry, competition and market trends
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; fine-tune marketing plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
- Liaise with other departments across the organization to ensure marketing activities are integrated, and align with regional or local business units to meet brand objectives
