YOUR ROLE

• Shape the development of the regional process strategy
• Support the regional Business Process Owner to set-up, align and develop the business processes to ensure growth and profitability
• Captures saving from full system integration
• Ensure adequate use of implemented investment
• Responsible for change management
• Drive end-to-end process optimization and implementation of best practices
• Run and foster an efficient regional process organization
• Develop and ensure the proper implementation of the Process Template and appropriate governance model for the processes
• Manage the service delivery with the SSC
• Execute projects for the region
• Support system implementation and development

YOUR SKILLS

• Successfully completed master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  
• At least 6 years of work experience in Account Management, Sales or similar
• Proficient MS office skills
• Logical, analytical and structured way of thinking and working 
• Confident appearance, excellent communication skills and a large portion of team spirit
• Strong presentation and project management skills
• Fluent language skills in English and German
