YOUR ROLE
- Take responsibility for your key accounts based in the country cluster of Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Be the first point of contact for your accounts operating in various market segments such as Heavy Equipment, Electronic Components, Medical and Appliances
- Define and execute the key account strategy and plans, supported by the latest available tools
- Identify business opportunities and lead projects to create value at your accounts and drive growth
- Coordinate and facilitate the exchange between international production sites of your accounts and closely collaborate with the respective site owners to roll out customer approvals and push upstream solution selling
- Define account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, ensure fulfilment of commitments and implementation of the commercial policy
- Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts across functions and sites, incl. executive levels
- Implement events to activate your accounts and leverage new opportunities, e.g. “TechDays”, Application Trainings, Manufacturing Excellence or Sustainability
