YOUR ROLE

• Join us at Henkel dx to drive digitalization for financial & management reporting across our business units & functions
  
• Drive reporting requirement definition & implementation E2E cross all impacted processes & systems
  
• Design new concepts, user stories and governance models for end-to-end reporting processes
  
• Drive the definition & implementation of new sustainability reporting requirements related to Finance, e.g. EU Taxonomy
  
• Drive international reporting projects together with reporting stakeholders, key users, technology consultants, developers and specialists
  
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by shaping new ways of working end-to-end from conceptual design to operationalization of new processes
  
• Lead reporting projects by using standard project methodologies as well as agile concepts
  
• Consult internal stakeholders on digital trends (Analytics, AI, etc.) and leverage newest reporting technologies

YOUR SKILLS

• Top class university degree, preferably with major in Finance, Controlling, Information Technology, Digital Management or similar subject
  
• At least 3-5 years of finance experience and/or project management in an international environment, ideally with experiences in Consulting
  
• Ability to lead and motivate a project team of reporting stakeholders & experts to drive and further develop the digital agenda
  
• Knowledge of SAP ERP applications, especially Finance & Controlling modules are advantageous
  
• Experience and skills in business intelligence and/or analytics tools such as PowerBI or Tableau or Python would be a plus
  
• Highly motivated, pro-active and open-minded team player with a growth mindset
  
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills with strong conceptual & analytical skills
