YOUR ROLE

• Support in building our sustainable innovation strategy in Hair
• Contribute to the identification, development and implementation of sustainable innovations
• Identify opportunities for new service or product innovations through market research, data and competitive analysis
• Analyze and validate existing and emerging market opportunities with regard to their consumer and business value
• Develop cross-functional and international use cases, ideas and pilots, which are in line with market trends, technologies and regulations as well as consumer insights and sustainability targets
• Be actively involved in the project management process
• Steer and engage with a variety of stakeholders along the value chain including senior management
• Prepare related meeting, workshop and pitch materials
• Own and collaborate on relevant strategic projects, driving our sustainability agenda

YOUR SKILLS

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies, preferably with a clear marketing focus
  
• Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial
  
• Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
  
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  
• Strong communication and analytical skills
  
• Team player with high level of independence 
  
• Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality
• Availability as of March 2023 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-1960. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
