YOUR ROLE
- Taking full responsibility for end-to-end white-collar recruitment cycle from search strategy setting to completion of the recruitment projects of Henkel’s 2 business units as well as functions
- Acting as the single point of contact for hiring managers and candidates for the responsible positions while working in close collaboration with responsible HR Business Partners
- Supporting Henkel’s diversity initiatives and objectives by attracting talent by using various recruitment channels including Henkel career portal, LinkedIn and digital career portals
- Guiding hiring managers on sector developments, trends, and talent movements within the market, supporting them to identify ideal candidate
- Analyzing global and local recruitment trends, deriving future recruitment needs and applying appropriate actions
- Running Step Up long-term internship process as well as Graduate Programs with an innovative approach to further strengthen Henkel’s position in the market
- Acting as key responsible person for the establishment of full Employer Branding cycle from strategy setting to execution of the operations
- Creating strong partnership with digital employer branding platforms, universities, engaging presentations and case studies, and contributing to the online & offline career fairs to further boost the attraction to Henkel
- Developing content and communication strategy for the Employer Branding aligned with the Global EVP, serving to the Step Up long-term internship program
- Acting as Social Media & Glassdoor Ambassador representing Henkel Turkey by bringing creative ideas and implementing locally
- Representing Turkey in global as well as regional calls and platforms
- Taking part in HR projects as a project leader or project member whenever it is necessary
