A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience supporting Executives.

•Manage various calendars, scheduling and heavy calendaring for company executive(s)
•Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering agenda items and attending to logistics of meetings
•Prioritize email meeting requests and respond with quick timeframe.
•Create, coordinate, and follow up on travel arrangements (domestic and global) using online booking tool. Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
•Maintain and own various SharePoint sites for company executive(s) and team SharePoint sites
•Center point of contact to liaise with Agencies, team and VP for avails and meeting cadences.
•Prepare and create agenda and pertinent calendar reminders for monthly global marketing meetings, this includes agenda creation
•Keep team Org charts updated
•Update and organize Distribution and mailing lists
•Liaise with VP’s direct reports for meeting requests, workshop arrangement and assist with all logistics, room reservations, catering.
•Liaise with external vendors, payment arrangement while being cost efficient
•Assist with on-site recruiting, assessment centers and onboarding
•Daily administrative tasks and ad hoc requests
•To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
•Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
