YOUR ROLE
- Fully responsible for Demand Planning for Beauty Care Professional business
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to incorporate trade initiatives into demand forecast
- Drive Demand reviews and actively participate on local S&OP
- Own, monitors forecast Accuracy, Forecast bias and continuous improvement of Service levels
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
- Responsible for Product lifecycle management and maintaining master data in SAP
- Communicate updates and support for local Australia and New Zealand customer service, marketing, and sales teams.
- Work closely with Supply planning counterparts to ensure proper levels of inventory to achieve the plan while ensuring inventory targets are still being met
- Generate reports as weekly out of stock, potential out of stock or inventory overview.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance, or supply chain management.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in Demand Planning
- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Advanced SAP APO DP / SNP, and Advanced excel knowledge (demand planning, supply network planning)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Team player who works well with others, flexible & goal orientated
- Agility and drive to improve and initiative to get there
