役割

• Aligned with Global Digital / e-commerce strategy, develop localized e-commerce / Digital sales/marketing strategies and plans for Japan and lead respective execution.
  
• Define, implement, and optimize assortment, content and promotional strategies for E-Commerce business (primarily on Amazon), in close collaboration with sales team.
  
• Develop strategy for new E-commerce plat form business and rollout.
  
• Optimize E-Commerce product display pages and craft digital marketing tactics that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversion.
  
• Leverage data & analytics to improve the customer experience and ensure KPIs are being met.
  
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams: Brand marketing, Sales, Customer service, Operations, as well as external agencies to achieve ambitious goals.
  
• Execute daily transactions for E-commerce business (primarily on Amazon)

スキル

• 5+ years of e-commerce / digital marketing experiences include BtoB, BtoBtoC and/or DtoC
  
• Experience with and sound understanding of path to purchase (consideration, acquisition, conversion, retention), segmentation, digital landscape, owned and paid media.
  
• Strong understanding of scheme of digital marketing, e-commerce, and web analytics.
  
• Commercial mindset and client-centric mindset.
  
• Agile, entrepreneurial, collaborative and metrics-focused.
  
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking with the ability to execute.
  
• Passion for rapidly evolving digital environment with the ability to adapt to meet current needs as well as look to the future to predict trends and develop solutions.
  
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  
• English at business working level (Speaking / Writing /Listening)
  
• Native in Japanese
  
• Self-starter
