YOUR ROLE
- 負責區域獨立/連鎖沙龍業務,提供Shiseido Professional / Hair Kitchen銷售服務,維護客戶關係
- 日常規劃能力,確保高效拜訪/銷售關鍵數據分析(每月訂貨家數, 單店產值, 主要產品線 等)
- 持續保持高效的單店產值及有效訂貨沙龍家數,征服新的有潛力的沙龍,以實現Shiseido Professional / Hair Kitchen的年度銷售目標和相關征服/支柱的KPI
- 作為專業顧問協助客戶了解產品知識並提出增值合同以建立長期合作夥伴關係。
- 持續“征服”沙龍,不斷更新各地區沙龍夢想名單,反饋競爭對手報價,提出差異化報價,獲取潛在沙龍。
- 持續保持高效的Shiseido Professional / Hair Kitchen 業績及單店產值和激活客戶, 強化產品線比重
- 開發新的潛在沙龍及增加既有客戶品類計畫以實現年度銷售目標和相關品類成長的 KPI
- 協助客戶了解品牌行銷/數位成功案例/教育價值提案,並提出增值合約,以建立長期合作夥伴關係。同時完成合約達成目標及規劃
- 銷售關鍵數據/行動計劃及業績產出分析(全新客戶開發產出規劃報告 / 現有客戶增加單店產值、品類支柱規劃分析/業績產出等)
- 持續“開發”沙龍,不斷更新各地區沙龍夢想名單,反饋競爭對手的價格方案,提出差異化附加價值方案,成功開發區域代表性潛在沙龍。
- 工作内容 (时间占比 %)
- 提供资生堂专业人员/美发店的销售服务,维护客户关系以实现目标(40%)。
- 规划日常工作的能力,以确保有效的访问/销售关键数字的分析(20%)。
- 征服新的潜在美容院,以获得竞争对手的门,并实现相关的征服/支柱的KPI(20%)。
- 作为一个专业的顾问,提出增值合同,以建立长期的伙伴关系(20%)。
YOUR SKILLS
- 有B2B销售背景经验(4-5年销售经验)
- 有大专以上学历者优先
- 商业相关领域者优先
- 化妆品/酒精/制药行业经验和B2B业务优先
- 良好的沟通能力,团队合作精神。
- 积极思考、接受挑战和战斗精神
- 高标准和自我激励。
- 对销售职业充满热情,充满斗志,永不放弃
- 积极进取的团队成员。
