YOUR ROLE
- Analyzing shopper dynamics and define shopper marketing strategy for her/his own scope
- Defining promo catalogue for her/his own category (formats, mechanics) and analyzing promo performances for her/his clients
- Defining promo plan together with Sales, preparing promo materials and being owner of trade marketing budget
- Analyzing category trends and defining together with Marketing the category vision
- Defining best assortment and shelf layout for her/his own scope and analyzing competitive shelf status
- Defining shelving and listing plan together with Sales and being owner of listing budget
YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in business administration or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing or sales or category management roles is requested
- Previous experience in FMCG company is a plus
- Fluency in English is requested, Italian knowledge is mandatory
- Good knowledge of PPT, Word and especially Excel
