YOUR ROLE
- Be the interface between Commercial and IT and enable cross-functional teams to drive SaaS programs and manage high-quality software
- Work on, plan, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives
- Set the dx wide SaaS strategy and define the governance structures and standards based on the overall dx strategy
- Oversee and consult for SaaS opportunities, negotiating terms and conditions
- Review, optimize conditions and monitor and forecast SaaS needs
- Serve as single point of contact for internal customers and external service providers
- Support, consult and advise on the correct and efficient use of SaaS in terms of subscriptions
- Work closely with responsible departments to manage all necessary internal processes for SaaS matters
