- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Corporate Education, and Field Education teams to execute an ongoing education strategy by creating innovative curriculum for education classes, seminars, and trainings aligned to the Integrated Marketing plan across all PRAVANA education touchpoints.
- Provide essential input has a technical hair expert for all brand photo and video shoots
- Innovate and customize all current PRAVANA education curriculum (face-to-face and digital) across all touchpoints.
- Manage overall brand strategy for Event/Trade Show execution.
- Act as Global liaison and support regional counterparts to oversee rollout of all education.
- Oversee all class outlines, scripts, training materials, visuals, and other materials needed for implementation of educational content.
- Deliver ongoing curriculum updates to PRAVANA Educators and Independent Contractors in alignment with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Corporate Education
- Understand and research emerging trends and content to develop engaging and relevant curriculum in a quick and timely manner
- Recognize the competitive landscape of product launches, newly developed techniques, and education initiatives across beauty industry to create informed decisions and pivots
