YOUR ROLE

  • A job to lead product development, products localization, current products change management in APAC.
  • Familiar with adhesives formulating and processing, meet the requirement for fast change of raw materials and product quality improvement.
  • Capable to do product development and raw materials screening.
  • Communication effectively with regional and global relevant groups
  • Lead product development project for industrials independently, including new product development and product localization.
  • Conduct raw material evaluation and identify new raw material for new &current products.
  • To develop new product and technologies for various industrial applications, to develop new knowledge, IP to Henkel and world.
  • To communicate internally with IPM, AE, sales, business, and marketing team, to deliver the innovation/localized products to the market.
  • Work with AO plants to finish new products launch and MOC projects.
  • Work with QC department to set technical specification and get relative documents from supplier.
  • To comply with relevant legal & company policy.
  • To develop self-capability and competence, consult technical experts in other region, follow digitalization requirements.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master's degree
  • Polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, material science, etc.
  • 3-5 years, adhesive industry preferred.
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication skills
