YOUR ROLE

• Drives Quality strategy and metric targets in area of responsibility and uses appropriate reporting tools. 
• Manage specification and requirements review. 
• Ensures manufacturing or production is in compliance with quality standards.
• Leads customer reporting and customer complaint management systems.
• Works closely with plant management to address global customer requirements including audits, standards, and targets.
• Steers best practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Defines quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
• Manages the integrated management system. 
• Coaches quality engineers.
• Steers and organizes quality training.
• Manages a quality control laboratory servicing multiple business.  

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience and proven track record.
• Experience managing/leading a team. 
• Experience in IATF16949 or other ISO standards. 
• GMP experience preferred.

The salary for this role is $99,000.00 - $145,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
