YOUR ROLE

• Working across multiple markets to develop commercial plans to deliver yearly target and identify stretch opportunities
  
• Adapt Global and Regional marketing materials and campaigns to local needs and drive implementation
  
• Join & potentially project lead in Western Europe on one of the marketing focus teams
  
• Be the primary marketing contact with key customers, especially channel/distributors & represent the voice of customers internally
  
• Create & deploy local customer engagement strategies that are executed with excellence and deliver strong sales growth
  
• Gathering, analysis and identification of actionable insights
  
• Building solid relationships and partnering with cross functional teams, e.g. Sales.

YOUR SKILLS 

• Demonstrable experience as Activation Marketing Manager
  
• Passionate about bringing brands and category strategies to life
  
• Strong project management, budget management, planning and organisation skills
  
• Proven experienced with customer facing scenarios e.g. negotiation, account management skills, etc
  
• Strong IT skills; familiarity with Microsoft Packages
  
• Exceptional attention to detail
  
• Good planning and coordination skills
  
• Team player with excellent communication skills
