YOUR ROLE

  • Coordinates and executes HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations
  • Act as the point of contact for employees on HR topics, providing guidance, counselling, and training to first-line managers and employees, escalating more complex issues to the Director of Human Resources.
  • Supports small group of internal clients and helps develop/implement HR practices, solutions and strategies
  • Ensures onboarding, internal movements and offboarding processes are positive experiences for employees.
  • Provides HR support for Henkel location including participation in planning and execution of employee engagement activities.

YOUR SKILLS

  • 2-3 years+ experience in human resources, preferably as an HR Generalist Experience of employee relations, performance management and stakeholder management
  • Experience of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • First class organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Bachelors in field of Human Resources, or related field highly preferred

The salary for this role is $60,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future
