YOUR ROLE

       
  • Observing Office 365 evolution, identify new opportunities for Henkel and design future collaboration architecture
  • Consulting on Office 365 Collaboration services like SharePoint Online, Teams, Delve, Yammer and their capabilities to enable successful and efficient use
  • Providing advice to stakeholders on how to leverage these applications and work with them to meet their objectives supported by best practice solutions
  • Fostering innovation by adding expertise on technology and business trends to shape new solutions based on SharePoint and corresponding Microsoft technologies
  • Analyzing customer needs, mapping requirements to technical design, documenting and designing technical solutions
  • Steering providers to evaluate and implement new features and applications following defined guidelines
 

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics or similar
  • 10 years professional expertise in general, 5 years of Office 365 in particular eligible
  • General client-side web development skills including HTML, CSS, JS/ jQuery, RESTful services and PowerShell expertise are beneficial
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 strategy and accompanying technologies like Office Graph, Delve, Skype, Teams, Groups, Yammer and others
  • Familiar with Microsoft’s collaboration technologies and roadmaps
  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication is a must
  • Outstanding communication skills both oral and written paired with the ability to tailor the message to various audiences, exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers
