About this Position
As a Trade Marketing Intern at Henkel Ukraine, you will support the Marketing and Sales teams in planning and executing in-store and trade marketing activities. This role is an excellent opportunity to start your career in marketing within a multinational company with well-known brands, gaining practical experience in trade marketing activations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you´ll do
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on planning, budgeting, and implementation of in-store trade marketing activities.
- Work with agencies on the development and production of trade marketing materials.
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of trade marketing initiatives in the field.
- Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing activations and prepare insights.
- Support the development of new projects and communication materials, including product and merchandising catalogs.
- Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials.
- Prepare and update price lists and sales folders on a monthly basis.
- Provide documentary and administrative support for all trade marketing activities in line with internal processes.
What makes you a good fit
- Up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Marketing is an advantage.
- Higher education in Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field (completed or in progress).
- Intermediate level of English.
- Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and set priorities effectively.
- Flexible, curious, and eager to learn.
- Proactive, responsible team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
